Andrew joined Kendall Kingscott's Bristol office in 1998 as a Building Surveying graduate before quickly establishing himself and progressing through the business.
In 2005, Andrew relocated to Bournemouth as an Associate and started up our south coast office, now Ringwood. The office has gone from strength to strength culminating in the link up with our Teddington office to form a new south-east region. In 2013, Andrew was promoted to the Board of Directors.
Andrew's role has since extended across the whole business, and he has been responsible for developing our new strategy – The Modern Way – that was launched in 2022, coinciding with his promotion to Managing Director. Andrew is heavily involved with developing the new plan, inspiring our purpose-driven values with outstanding enthusiasm. He takes great pride in guiding and supporting others to help them reach their authentic best. He has overseen many graduates to become chartered professionals and succeed in management and senior leadership roles.
Beyond his love of KK and all it stands for, Andrew enjoys exercising his creative mind and practical skills, having completed several house renovations over the years. He is fascinated with period properties and creating beautifully crafted interior spaces using traditional styles with an eclectic edge. His latest project, however, has involved developing a net zero home with all embodied energy offset by tree and wildflower meadow planting.
Andrew finds time to relax by keeping fit: cycling, swimming, running or HIIT exercises, and is a keen gardener.
