EXETER OFFICE

Graduate Building Surveyor

We are looking for a talented and ambitious graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree to join our busy office. Working with over 60 long standing framework clients, you will be exposed to a depth and breadth of projects across all sectors, including commercial, retail, public sector/government departments, education, health and residential. We offer excellent experience and first class training/mentoring support to help you achieve professional status in which we have a very high success rate.

 

RINGWOOD OFFICE

Chartered Building Surveyor (with minimum 2:1 degree)

We are seeking a dynamic individual, looking for the next step in the development of their career, to assist with the wider development of the Building Surveying department in our expanding Teddington Office.  Working in a small team and alongside the Project Director, you should be able to work autonomously and operate in a number of sectors in a client facing role delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation across Education, Residential and Heathcare sectors on projects ranging in value from £50k to £5m. Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys.

Quantity Surveyors – all levels

We are seeking individuals of all levels to assist with the wider development of the Quantity Surveying team in the South/South East Region.  Working in a small team and alongside the Project Director, you should be able to work autonomously and operate in a number of sectors including Education, Residential and Healthcare on projects ranging in value from £50k to £5m. In addition to traditional QS work, there is the opportunity to undertake EA/P duties on a number of these schemes.

 

TEDDINGTON OFFICE
