Graduate/Placement Architectural Technologists

We are looking for talented and ambitious graduates who anticipate achieving a minimum 2:1 degree to join our busy offices.  Working with over 60 long standing framework clients, you will be exposed to a depth and breadth of projects across all sectors, including commercial, retail, public sector/government departments, education, health and residential.  We offer excellent experience and first class training/mentoring support to help you achieve professional status in which we have a very high success rate.

Applications for a 12 month Placement will also be considered.

 

Placement Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a student who is currently enrolled on a BSc(Hons) Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management Degree wishing to undertake a 12 month placement. Working with over 60 long standing framework clients, you will be exposed to a depth and breadth of projects across all sectors, including commercial, retail, public sector/government departments, education, health and residential.  We offer first class training/mentoring support to help you gain valuable experience in the first step of your career which counts towards your RICS APC.

 

Part I Architectural Assistant

We will have a vacancy for a talented and motivated Part 1 Architectural year out student to join our team.  You will have the chance to work on an exciting range of projects and gain a broad range of experience at different stages of design.  The successful candidate will have a good understanding of design, together with outstanding presentation and communication skills.  A sound understanding of Vectorworks, Revit or SketchUp would be an advantage. In addition to your application form, please also send examples of your recent work (max 5mb).

 

 

RINGWOOD OFFICE

Graduate Building Surveyor (with a minimum 2:1 degree)

Chartered Building Surveyor

We have a vacancy for an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with project running experience to include design, specification and contract administration, preferably in the commercial/public sector delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation ranging in value from £50k to £5m.  Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys.

 

Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist

We are looking for a Senior Technician/Technologist to work on an exciting range of new build/extension and refurbishment projects for a variety of high profile clients who must be able to demonstrate education experience and a high degree of technical expertise.  Ideally the successful candidate should hold an MCIAT qualification.  Also desirable, but not essential, is experience in using Vectorworks.
