Bristol Office

Building Surveying Technician/Technologist

We have an opportunity for a Building Surveying technician within our Bristol surveying team, covering a range of sectors including Housing, Healthcare, Retail and Education.  We are able to offer mentoring and support to applicants working towards MCIAT accreditation as well as a full programme of CPD available to all our team. Vectorworks experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. 

Chartered Building Surveyor (with minimum 2:1 degree)  

We are seeking a dynamic individual, looking for the next step in the development of their career, to assist with the wider development of the Building Surveying department in our expanding Teddington Office.  Working in a small team and alongside the Project Director, you should be able to work autonomously and operate in a number of sectors in a client facing role delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation across Education, Residential and Heathcare sectors on projects ranging in value from £50k to £5m.  Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys. 

Graduate Building Surveyor

We have a vacancy for a Graduate building surveyor with a minimum 2:1 degree, currently progressing with their APC requirements of the RICS. We offer:

Intermediate Technologist

We are looking for a technologist to join our busy studio in Bristol.  Experience in the retail and commercial sectors is desirable, as is a proven ability as a Vectorworks user.  We are a training organisation and offer mentoring and support to applicants seeking MCIAT accreditation.

Bid Co-ordinator

We have a vacancy for an experienced bid co-ordinator to join the team responsible for winning new projects and frameworks.  The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and experience working in the construction industry preparing detailed, bespoke tender submissions.  In addition to EOI, PQQ and ITT submissions you will be involved in maintaining and updating our range of supporting information including CVs, Project Sheets and other data which supports our tendering activities and experience using Indesign is therefore an advantage to this role.
