Bristol Office

Building Surveying Technician/Technologist

We have an opportunity for a Building Surveying technician within our Bristol surveying team, covering a range of sectors including Housing, Healthcare, Retail and Education.  We are able to offer mentoring and support to applicants working towards MCIAT accreditation as well as a full programme of CPD available to all our team. Vectorworks experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. 

Ringwood Office

Senior Chartered Architectural Technologist  

We have a requirement for a senior Chartered Architectural Technologist.  The candidate should be MCIAT qualified and expertise in the Healthcare and Education sectors would be preferable.  

Teddington Office 

Graduate Architectural Technologist (with minimum 2:1 degree in Architectural Technology).  

The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of exiciting projects in the Education, Residential, Healthcare, Retail and Workplace Sectors, working alongside a Senior Chartered Technologist to gain your full MCIAT qualification and assisting with the development of the Architectural team in our Teddington office.  

Chartered Building Surveyor (with minimum 2:1 degree).  

We are seeking a dynamic individual, looking for the next step in the development of their career, to assist with the wider development of the Building Surveying department in our expanding Teddington Office.  Working in a small team and alongside the Project Director, you should be able to work autonomously and operate in a number of sectors in a client facing role delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation across Education, Residential and Heathcare sectors on projects ranging in value from £50k to £5m.  Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys.
