Currently looking at the Marlborough College - Gym project

This project involved the remodelling and refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed sports hall that was formerly the Town Gaol.

Extensive remodelling works included the installation of a new mezzanine floor structure and alterations to provide a state of the art gym facility with new spin and exercise studios.

New facilities also include a contemporary juice bar and high specification exercise equipment. New mechanical and electrical installations have been carefully co-ordinated to enhance the historic character and feature of the building.

The project required extensive consultation with Heritage/Conservation officers in respect of both internal and external features in order to successfully achieve full conservation consent.

The project was shortlisted in 2017 in the RICS South West Award in the Building Conservation category and was also a finalist in the Constructing Excellence SW awards in the Preservation and Rejuvenation category.
