Congratulations to Bryan Singh – Chartered Building Surveyor

We’re pleased to share that Bryan Singh achieved Chartered Building Surveyor status on 27 May 2026 - a great milestone and well-deserved recognition of his dedication and development over the years. 

Bryan joined Kendall Kingscott in July 2007 at just 17 years old and has progressed steadily through the business since then. Starting out as a Technician, he moved into the role of Trainee Technologist (until around 2012), before transitioning into Building Surveying. He went on to become a Trainee Building Surveyor until 2015, Assistant Building Surveyor until 2021, and more recently Building Surveyor, prior to achieving Chartered status this year. 

Alongside his practical experience, Bryan has built a strong academic foundation. He completed a BTEC National Certificate in Construction at Exeter College between 2007 and 2009, followed by a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Construction from 2009 to 2011. He achieved AssocRICS status in Autumn 2015 and went on to complete a 900-hour UCEM course over 2.5 years, from Autumn 2015 to Spring 2018. 

Bryan enrolled onto the RICS APC in June 2018 and has shown real perseverance throughout the process. Following a preliminary review submission in Spring 2023, he successfully re-submitted in Spring 2025 before making his final APC submission in Spring 2026, leading to his Chartered achievement. 

Looking ahead, Bryan is keen to continue progressing his career, working towards becoming a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor and supporting future candidates through the APC process.
