We’re excited to start the New Year with an important milestone – the opening of our new office in Manchester. We have been working in the area for some time and the ongoing demand for our services has led to this next step in our evolution as a company.

This move strengthens our national remit, enabling us to deliver exceptional service and expertise across the UK. With this new location, we’re better positioned to support clients on major projects nationwide, ensuring we remain a trusted partner for innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions.

Our 1 Team approach brings together the right blend of people, skillsets, and specialisms to suit every project either as individual disciplines or fully integrated team solutions providing an end-to-end service – this includes Building Surveying, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Principal Designers. We bring a wealth of expertise across healthcare, education, residential, retail, leisure and commercial, public and community and low carbon.

Barry Gittins heads up our Manchester office working across the North West. Barry joined Kendall Kingscott in 2001 and is now a Project Director and Chartered Building Surveyor he has diverse sector experience with specialisms in education, healthcare, residential, blue‑light, commercial, and public sector estates, his work includes complex refurbishment and remodelling schemes, often within live, operational environments.
