Constructing Excellence South West Awards 2026 - West Street, Bristol

We’re delighted that our project 'West Street, Bristol' has been shortlisted for the Constructing Excellence South West Awards 2026 in the Delivering Value category 🎉 

Delivered for Bristol City Council, this compact scheme transforms a constrained 176m² brownfield corner in Bedminster into 7 high-quality homes, all meeting NDSS standards. 

The project shows how thoughtful design can maximise value from tight sites - combining strong urban response, excellent daylight, private amenity, and sustainable features including a biosolar roof.

• 7 homes on a 176m² site 
• NDSS-compliant throughout 
• Turning an underused site into much-needed housing
