KK exceed £1m in generated social value

Over the last three years we’ve taken a more structured approach to understanding and strengthening our social value impact. This started with investment in a dedicated Sustainability and Social Value Co-ordinator, as well as use of the independent social value reporting platform, Thrive, to measure, report and learn from the positive outcomes generated through our projects and wider business activities.

We’ve now published our Social Value Report for 2024/25 and are pleased to share a milestone we’re proud of, exceeding £1m in generated social value.

Between April 2024 and March 2025, we focused on growth across key areas:

• Weeks of work experience provided
• Weeks of apprenticeships delivered
• Hours of education engagement
• Hours of volunteering
• Mentoring and careers support

These results reflect steady, collective effort over time, from our teams and the organisations we work alongside. Thank you to all those involved in helping us make measured, meaningful social value. A link to the report is in the comments.
