Our long-term maintenance plans act as a key strategic tool for our Academy clients to assist with their revenue expenditure over a ten-year period and plan their future maintenance requirements.

The survey works are undertaken by our Chartered Building Surveyors and, where necessary, supported by Chartered Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Our condition surveys are based on a visual inspection of the schools' buildings that prioritises items of work dependent on condition or compliance to enable the school to profile its revenue expenditure.
