Exeter Homes Trust is a municipal charity providing rented housing. Their portfolio on Fairpark Road includes three almshouse buildings providing 12 flats. We redeveloped the site to provide 31 two-bedroom flats on the City Centre boundary in the St.Leonards Conservation Area.
