Regeneration of North Prospect Park

In partnership with Housing provider Plymouth Community Homes (PCH), we were involved in the fourth and fifth phases of development of the 1920s North Prospect estate. 

The latter two phases provide 350 homes, a mix of two, three and four-bed houses and one-bed flats (for the over 55s), for affordable rent, shared ownership and open market sale. Designs include a large proportion of outside space for parking and gardens, in keeping with the surrounding properties and adding value.

The new development provides comfortable and energy-efficient new homes to replace the previously dated properties.
