Salisbury Hospital - Net Zero Enabled Ward Block

We've worked closely with the Trust's to design a new build 24 ward block at Salisbury District Hospital.

To align with the Trust's sustainable aspirations, we've adopted a Fabric First approach, with the scheme designed as a Net Zero Carbon Enabled Operational Energy Building and BREEAM Excellent (in line with Wiltshire Core Strategy 2015). Significant improvements in elemental thermal performance alongside renewable technologies via Air source heat pumps and Photovoltaic (PV) panels to the new building have made this achievable.
